Susan Pellegrini:
I am blessed to have achieved over 35 years of success as a Realtor, and have
now formed our family team with my son Tony, my husband, Marco and our daughter Carlotta.. I began my real estate career in 1989 in Seattle. After graduating from the
University of Washington, I began working as an interior designer. I regularly
was asked to recommend furnishings & upgrades that would assist with the sale
of a home. Eventually, this led to me deciding that I should also sell the actual
home as well! After many years in the business, I have been described as
innovative, fun to be around, tenacious, driven, and extremely knowledgeble
about market conditions. I am proud to be known as a tireless advocate for my
clients. It is important for clients to feel confident, safe, and feel that they can
trust me to help with their decisions. I receive numerous referrals which I feel is
directly related to my intense focus on customer satisfaction. I came to Russ
Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty after having worked for 17 years for
Windermere Real Estate in both Seattle and here in Arizona. I greatly respect
my previous company and ownership, but I love to grow and experience new
things. The marketing opportunities and knowledge base of Russ Lyon
Sotheby’s is incomparable. Along with being an Associate Broker, I have earned
a number of additional professional certifications, including CRS, QSC®
(Quality Service Certified), and CDPE®, or Certified Distressed Property Expert.
Antonio Pellegrini:
Upon turning 18 years old in 2008, I decided to join the real estate
industry. Being raised by a 100% Italian father, I have always put my family
first. It was a “no braner” for me to join my mother in this industry and
help her build a team. After earning my license in 2008, the recession gave
me in-depth training in the foreclosure and short sale business. I worked
for a few industry leaders with distressed properties, while assisting my
mother. I have developed a passion for Fountain Hills as well as the "East Valley" while helping clients and friends with their real estate goals. I am always learning and could not be happier to have my Mother as a mentor.
